  • Transmit payment information for online or mobile orders.
  • Process and respond to online job applications submitted by you.
  • Respond to other information submitted by you to any of our websites or through any of our mobile campaigns.

This personal information will be used for the purposes for which you provide it. We may also use this information to communicate with you from time to time for other purposes, such as to create personalized promotions by combining your personal information with non-personal information about you, such as the amounts and types of purchases you make or any benefits you receive through our programs.

We may also use information you provide us for additional purposes as described under “Sharing of Personal Information.”

In addition to personally identifiable information about you, Italio may collect aggregated data or data that does not directly identify you. For example, we may automatically collect website use information, such as information about your Internet service provider, your operating system, browser type, domain name, Internet protocol (IP) address, your access times, the website that referred you to us, the Web pages you request, and the date and time of those requests.

Site Usage and Targeted Marketing Information:
Like most websites, our websites gather traffic patterns, site usage information and other aggregated data in order to evaluate our visitors’ preferences and the effectiveness of the websites. This aggregate usage data does not identify you individually. We may share anonymous, aggregated statistics about visitors to our websites with others outside Italio, and we may allow third-parties to collect aggregate data through our websites.

Our websites may use cookies (described below) to enhance the browsing and usage experience on the websites, whether accessed through your computer or a mobile device. The information captured about your activities on our websites will make it possible for us, among other things, to (i) speed navigation and provide you with custom tailored content; (ii) remember information you gave to us so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our websites; (iii) monitor the effectiveness of certain of our marketing campaigns; (iv) monitor total number of visitors, pages viewed, web address you came from and type of browser you are using; and (v) enforce limitations on downloads described for online coupons and other similar offers.

We may also from time to time use third party service providers to conduct marketing programs which gather data regarding our online advertising, including location of advertising, click-through rates, related website usage information, traffic patterns, and other related information.  This information will be collected on an individual, but anonymous, basis, based on the use of cookies.  This information may also be available to the third parties who make the applicable advertising available.

Surveys:
From time to time we may ask you to participate in surveys administered by either Italio or a third party. These are voluntary, and you are not required to provide any personal information in connection with participating in a survey. If you do provide personal information, this information will be utilized as described in this Privacy Policy.

Job Application Information:
It may be possible to apply for certain jobs at Italio through our websites.  If you choose to apply in this manner, you will be required to provide certain personal information, to complete questionnaires related to evaluation of your qualifications for certain positions, and provide a resume or other similar employment experience description.   You may also be asked to provide your gender and racial/ethnic origin on a voluntary basis, and such information is not provided to anyone involved in the hiring decision.  Italio may use third party suppliers to provide certain of these services.  Information you submit online through our websites may be made available to certain employees and contractors of Italio.  We may also share personal information within our affiliated companies for purposes of evaluating you as a candidate for any job openings.

You may also complete a job application at one of our restaurants.

Italio uses its best efforts to protect your personally-identifiable information and privacy. We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to any third parties other than for the limited purposes described in this Policy.

With your permission, we will send marketing information to you, such as promotional offers or information about new product offerings, programs or restaurant openings. If you do not want to receive these things, you can contact us to opt out and we will not send it to you thereafter. Also with your permission, we may occasionally send marketing information to you on behalf of one of our business partners. If you want to receive these materials, we will send them to you. If you don’t want these materials, just tell us and you won’t get them. But remember, Italio will not share your personal information with any of its business partners. We will just send a mailing, email, text message or similar communication on behalf of the business partner.

Italio may work with other companies for a variety of reasons, such as fulfilling orders, assisting with promotions, and providing technical services for our websites. These companies may have access to personal information if they need it to do their work. However, we will generally obligate these companies to use any personal information only for the purpose of performing their work.

We may, where expressly stated, post certain submissions that you make on our websites. We will not include your full name or other personal information identifying you unless you have given us consent to do so.

Italio does reserve the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or valid legal request, or to cooperate in any law enforcement or similar investigation. We also reserve the right to use and disclose your personal information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or any other similar situation.

Finally, we may also share aggregated information or information that does not directly identify you.

Changing Your Personal Information and Opting Out:
You are in control of any personal information you provide to us. If at any time, you want to correct the personal information we have about you, or if you want to change your contact preferences or opt out of receiving any offers or materials from us or on behalf of our business partners, send us an email at contact@Italiokitchen.com. Please note that changes made either in an account area or by contacting us directly will not remove your personal information from specific uses for which it was previously provided. Italio’s Privacy Policy Regarding Children:
Italio is very sensitive to privacy issues regarding children. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. When a user discloses personal information on our websites, the user is representing to us that he or she is the appropriate age for the portion of the website, or if he or she is under the referenced age, that he or she is using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.  We urge parents to regularly monitor and supervise the online activities of their children. If a child under the age of thirteen should provide our websites with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian email us at contact@Italiokitchen.com and we will promptly delete the child’s information from our records.

Italio’s Website Security:
We take commercially reasonable steps to maintain physical, technical and administrative security of personal information you provide to us. We also require that the suppliers providing services supporting our websites use similar safeguards. Although we take these steps to safeguard your personal information, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In addition, although we generally require third parties who support our websites and their related offers or other programs to use any personal information only for the purpose of performing their work, we do not control such third parties’ website or other security measures.
In the event you send Italio an email for any purpose, please remember that the email is not necessarily secured against interception by another party. So if you do not want any sensitive personal information to be subject to this risk (i.e. information that you may supply as part of a job application), please contact us by mail at:
