We may also use information you provide us for additional purposes as described under “Sharing of Personal Information.”
In addition to personally identifiable information about you, Italio may collect aggregated data or data that does not directly identify you. For example, we may automatically collect website use information, such as information about your Internet service provider, your operating system, browser type, domain name, Internet protocol (IP) address, your access times, the website that referred you to us, the Web pages you request, and the date and time of those requests.
Site Usage and Targeted Marketing Information:
Like most websites, our websites gather traffic patterns, site usage information and other aggregated data in order to evaluate our visitors’ preferences and the effectiveness of the websites. This aggregate usage data does not identify you individually. We may share anonymous, aggregated statistics about visitors to our websites with others outside Italio, and we may allow third-parties to collect aggregate data through our websites.
Our websites may use cookies (described below) to enhance the browsing and usage experience on the websites, whether accessed through your computer or a mobile device. The information captured about your activities on our websites will make it possible for us, among other things, to (i) speed navigation and provide you with custom tailored content; (ii) remember information you gave to us so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our websites; (iii) monitor the effectiveness of certain of our marketing campaigns; (iv) monitor total number of visitors, pages viewed, web address you came from and type of browser you are using; and (v) enforce limitations on downloads described for online coupons and other similar offers.
We may also from time to time use third party service providers to conduct marketing programs which gather data regarding our online advertising, including location of advertising, click-through rates, related website usage information, traffic patterns, and other related information. This information will be collected on an individual, but anonymous, basis, based on the use of cookies. This information may also be available to the third parties who make the applicable advertising available.
Surveys:
From time to time we may ask you to participate in surveys administered by either Italio or a third party. These are voluntary, and you are not required to provide any personal information in connection with participating in a survey. If you do provide personal information, this information will be utilized as described in this Privacy Policy.

It may be possible to apply for certain jobs at Italio through our websites. If you choose to apply in this manner, you will be required to provide certain personal information, to complete questionnaires related to evaluation of your qualifications for certain positions, and provide a resume or other similar employment experience description. You may also be asked to provide your gender and racial/ethnic origin on a voluntary basis, and such information is not provided to anyone involved in the hiring decision. Italio may use third party suppliers to provide certain of these services. Information you submit online through our websites may be made available to certain employees and contractors of Italio. We may also share personal information within our affiliated companies for purposes of evaluating you as a candidate for any job openings.

Italio may work with other companies for a variety of reasons, such as fulfilling orders, assisting with promotions, and providing technical services for our websites. These companies may have access to personal information if they need it to do their work. However, we will generally obligate these companies to use any personal information only for the purpose of performing their work.
We may, where expressly stated, post certain submissions that you make on our websites. We will not include your full name or other personal information identifying you unless you have given us consent to do so.

We urge parents to regularly monitor and supervise the online activities of their children. If a child under the age of thirteen should provide our websites with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian email us at contact@Italiokitchen.com and we will promptly delete the child’s information from our records.

We also require that the suppliers providing services supporting our websites use similar safeguards. Although we take these steps to safeguard your personal information, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In addition, although we generally require third parties who support our websites and their related offers or other programs to use any personal information only for the purpose of performing their work, we do not control such third parties’ website or other security measures.
In the event you send Italio an email for any purpose, please remember that the email is not necessarily secured against interception by another party.
